As an independent school, Heritage Preparatory School is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. The money needed to operate the school comes in the form of tuition, fees, and contributions. Tuition and fees are approved by the Board of Trustees each January.
A $100 application fee is due with each new application. The application fee is nonrefundable.

Tuition is due in two equal payments on the following dates:
Tuition does not include all costs which may be incurred by the family. Examples of additional costs are: transportation to and from school, lunches, uniforms, various student activities, special field trips, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Note: Families are obligated to follow their payment plan in a timely manner. A one and one-half percent (1.5%) late fee is assessed for each month that tuition is in arrears. The parent or guardian shall pay for all costs and collection.
Financial Aid is available for students in Classes 1-8 and is based solely on need. Families may apply for need-based financial assistance through the third party organization, School and Student Services (SSS). If you are requesting financial aid, please check the appropriate box on the front of the application form (page 1), and the proper financial aid information will be provided to you. In addition, you may also go directly to SSS to begin your financial aid application process. The deadline for all financial aid applications is March 2, 2012.
